A Guided Tour of the AIDS Museum

HIV treatment doesn’t just save lives; it reduces the risk of the virus being passed on by 96%. Yet millions of HIV sufferers still receive no treatment. If we’re to make AIDS history, more treatment is needed. How long this will take is in the hands of the world’s decision makers. This was the theme of the film A Guided Tour of the Aids Museum.

The film, together with an exhibition, was created as the theme for a MSF global conference on HIV/AIDS in Stockholm. It was attended by a wide range of international experts. The original film was then developed further, sharpening its vision and urgent message that more treatment is needed if AIDS is to become history. Watch it above. MSF posted the film on Facebook in Sweden and Norway. It was also shown at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs round-table conference between MSF and the Aids Alliance on 14 February 2013.
